The host confirms they are authorised to offer the space, accurately disclose access/conditions, manage lawful entry/exit, disclose known hazards, handle on-site incidents and follow applicable property/local rules. Hosts should not demand unnecessary vehicle keys or personal data.
The customer must provide a lawful vehicle, park only in the assigned area, remove valuables as appropriate, comply with host instructions and report incidents promptly. Vehicle Connect does not continuously inspect every vehicle or private parking location.
The platform provides discovery, booking, QR alerts, payment records, commission ledger and dispute tooling. The exact legal allocation of liability cannot be created solely by software wording and depends on applicable law and facts.
Public vehicle QR pages do not expose owner mobile, email or address. QR identifiers are random and revocable. Access to customer/host data is role-restricted and should be protected with HTTPS, backups and production security controls.
